Born in Skokie, Illinois, Young Sun has travelled the world for his art. He studied at Goldsmiths College in London, Kunsthochschule Fur Medien in Germany, and graduated with a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He works in installations, performance pieces, paintings, and photography. While running and curating a gallery in New Zealand, Young was named one of the top 10 artists to watch by the New Zealand Herald's Canvas magazine. He has even had his art produced as a public billboard in Auckland, NZ, as well as at New Zealand Fashion Week. He has sold many of his pieces in the United States, New Zealand, France, and Germany.
